These are great waterproof mats! I was super impressed with the quality of the material and the anti-slip bottom was very impressive. I am using these for my guinea pig cage and will definitely be buying more!

Bought this as the one we usually got is out of stock. The size measures exact to the base of the cage but we prefer it a little bigger so any poop donât get caught underneath. This causes extra cleaning on the edges of the cage.

We recently got a guinea pig and, wow, who knew they pooped so much!!!!! Itâs unbelievable! Anyway, the pet storeâs recommendation of cleaning the cage only once per week is laughable. And the white paper cage liner they sold us is laughable too. It got everywhere and was so disgusting after a couple of days. So we started searching for information and other options and saw these mats. They are absorbent, so there arenât puddles anywhere, and they are easy to brush off if you want to just do a light cleaning between real cleanings. They get disgusting too after a couple of days because, well, pee and poop. But unlike the little pieces of paper that were a total mess to clean up, these are relatively easy. After removing Mocha (the guinea pig) and all her things, we just carefully pull the mat out and tip it into the trash can. Then you can wash and dry it in the machine or outside or whatever and put it back in the cage.

I actually bought these cage liner pads to see if they would work well as a mat under my dogs automatic water bowl. My dogs normally slosh water all over the surrounding area of the water tank and it gets the floor all wet and collects dirt. So I got these cage pads and put one under my dogs’ water bowl tank. Well, the liner pad works very well as an excess water catch under the bowl. It seems to have very good absorbency. It is a good thickness. It is wide enough to catch most of the water my dogs slosh out of the bowl. The amount of water on my floor (not on the pad/mat) has decreased quite a bit since using this pad underneath the bowl. Bonus is that these liner pads are priced less than the actual mats that are advertised for water bowls…and I got this 2-pack so I have an extra pad/mat to swap out when I throw one in the washer. Also, the bottom of the pad has a decent amount of non-slip coating and the mat seems to stay in place for the most part. The only gripe I can really find (and it’s really not a big deal) is that the fabric/material of the mat catches dust and dirt from our hardwood floors, so the mat needs to be cleaned more often. Overall these liner pads are very good, especially if you want a mat to catch any liquid from a dog bowl or something like that.

Although these liners are advertised to be guinea pig cage liners, when the package arrived it had a picture with puppies on the front. I thought it was funny because I ordered them for my cat and dog crates. The liners are the perfect size to be versatile. Best of all they absorb odor! Whether you use them for rodent cages, cat crates, dog crates or any other animal, the odor absorbing is amazing. My cat sometimes has urinary infections and the odor can be overwhelming at times. These liners definitely help with that and they are easy to clean. Although they are called liners, they are thick enough to provide some padding in my cats crate so that she is comfortable. I have tried then charcoal pee pads to help with the smell but these ‘liners’ work much better. They are a great value and very well made. I highly recommend them.
