Fab purchase!!!
I am not one to usually write reviews, however I have to tell others how happy we are with this hutch cover! We have 2 x 6 week old bunnies and what with the weather being like it has been lately decided that we would need a cover for their hutch to protect them from the wind/bad weather. It does the job perfectly and fits our 4ft hutch more than fine. It has velcro tabs at the back so it is easier to put over the hutch. We have 2 cats (who have no interest in our bunnies anyway), and this cover gives us peace of mind at night time to ensure bunnies are covered and predators kept away from them! You can zip up and then velcro together the parts which cover the doors, so you still have access to the hutch without removing the cover! The cover itself is heavy in weight, which is ideal as it is not flimsy, as others have said it is. Also, protects the wood from the rain, which means your hutch will last longer! Don’t forget to remove the cover as the weather gets warmer as the insulation will be too hot for them :)100% recommended 🙂

Great cover and a great fit.
We recently purchased the Bunny Business Hutch BB-41-DH so decided to get this cover aswell.Build quality is excellent with a good quality fabric and strong stitching that felt like it will put up with the rigors of daily bunny life. The cover is a perfect fit for the hutch (as would be expected), even with 2 bottles attached to the outside of the cage doors. Once the cover is fitted however, it is not possible to open the lid of the hutch but as the zipped access on the front of the cover is more than adequate to access the hutch we dont see this as an issue. My only gripe (and this is being really picky) would be to have some kind of strap that went underneath the hutch at the bottom to hold down the bottom of the cover to make things a little more snug for our rabbits.Other than that a great product that im more than happy with.

Great design
Love this cover bought to go over matching hutch ready for winter months. Velcro to hold up doors when feeding etc is a great idea. No more faffing with the ground sheet I used before. Constantly blew off or collected water. This cover fits snug and very good quality zips worth the money.

Good Cover, Bit expensive tho
Decent cover and snug fitted fit for the BB48-DH-11 hutch, velcros down the back and slips over the top of the hutch. My only problem is that its black/ dark brown. I don’t like taking the covers off the hutches with UK weather being so unpredictable and in the middle of the major heat wave is not helping the temperatures in the hutches. Temps getting to in excess of 30oc in the shade. With the flaps down 50oc was recorded. Would prefer a green or lighter colour, but seen as this is the only heat wave seen since 2006 I shouldn’t really worry too much.Good quality stitching and fabric, tho i do have some wangling every time I want to open the doors. Why the hutch has a opening lid when this slips over the top of the lid rendering it unable to open is beyond me.

Good quality and waterproof!
This is a good quality cover; I am pleased with how it fits on my hutch (the cover is not designed for my style hutch). It is a bit loose at the bottom, however this is due to my hutch being wider at the top. I also can not slide the floors out without having to lift the cover, I didn’t not think of this when purchasing, however it is fairly easy to lift up half way. Though again this is due to the hutch being a different style to what the cover is designed for.The back has Velcro on to make the cover easier to get on and off the hutch. The velco strips are also strong on the flaps when rolled up and these don’t fall down. The material is waterproof, I have not had wet or damp patches in my hutch. The plastic doors at the front seem flexible and the plastic hasnt cracked. The cover seems to keep the hutch a reasonable temperature in the night if the flaps are shut before the air gets to cold (in summer). I’m not sure how insulating and warm it will be once winter comes.Over all I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

Then I was quite disappointed that the cover did not reach the ground (it …
I had one of these covers a couple of years ago which I brought with the hutch. Then I was quite disappointed that the cover did not reach the ground (it finished just above the bottom of the door level on the bottom half, so cold air could get in), and the door openings were a bit tight. And yes, as others have said, the metal rings rust within a few days – not that this affects the performance, it just doesn’t look nice. However, as it was the only cover I could get to fit the hutch, and allow us to pull out the cleaning trays out top and bottom, it was acceptable.Over time, the velcro stopped fastening, and the top split, so I thought I’d get a new one for winter. This time, the fit was perfect. The cover goes all the way to the bottom, the door openings are much better; great I thought. I then realised that it no longer has the facility to open half way to take the trays out for cleaning. So we will now need to take the cover off every time we want to clean the hutch!Another design fault is the fact that the roof on the hutch itself lifts up to make taking the animals out easier, but the cover does not allow the roof to be opened. The last hutch I had also had a lifting roof, and the cover for that one was designed to allow you to still lift the roof without taking the cover off.Considering this cover was made to go with this hutch, no one seems to have thought about the design at all, or about matching up one with the other!

DOUBLE HUTCH 48″
I bought this for hutch I keep in the garage to protect from draughts & the cold,I was concerned that it wouldn’t fit as I have a hay feeder tray on the front, but it fits perfect & looks really smart.
