Good quality material

Can tear relatively easily.
Can tear relatively easily, however, I used a patch from a bicycle repair kit and has done the job. Dog, a Labrador, seems to love it as he happily plonks himself down on it. I think he likes the gel inside it underneath his paws, can be slippy but it does cool him down. A point to watch if you happen to walk on it, you could slip because of the gel and do yourself an injury.

Dog thinks itâs good
We have a Labra Doodle with a thick velvet coat . During this recent warm spell of weather Teddy was really hot .We purchased the mat it arrived very quickly.On opening the door to the delivery person he warned me that the parcel was heavier than I would be expecting.He was right.Having said that the mat is great Teddy enjoys lying on the mat and it keeps him cool .Would definitely recommend

not fit for purpose
My dog laid on this once, it tore, leaking gel. I had a return label issued that I could not use as I live on the Isle of Wight and there is no EVRI drop off point here. I contacted the seller, who was off hand in rely, and told me to contact Amazon…. Eventually, I managed to do that… no easy task. They contacted the seller, who eventually sent me a printable label. For me to return the item AT MY OWN COST.

Really pleased with product, we have a Bassett hound & all the other cool mats have been to small. Great value, seriously considering buying another oneI lay on part of it with him when weather was hot, wanted to kick him off it as so cooling. Great for moving round the house so he can stay cool in which ever room weâre in

Good at cooling but a slip hazard
The cooling mat is good at what it is supposed to do the right size for our 1 year old Golden shepherd.However on hardwood floors, it is an absolute slip hazard and moves whenever we or the dog step on it. Hence the 3 star review.

Good size, dog loves it
This is the second cooling mat weâve had for my dog. The first one we got from The Range a while ago but we had to retire it after all the gel leaked out of it. I got this mat cus it was slightly bigger than the one we had before and it was a good price and Crufts is a brand I trust. My dog really likes the new mat, Iâm not sure if she can tell the difference or not but she seems happy and thatâs all that matters
