This shelf feeder is where our little beardie, Pedro likes to interact with the foliage and vines in his terrarium, so we used it to place his fruits & veggies and give them a little misting so he stays hydrated inside and out for easier shedding and it really encourages him to stay active and engage in healthy habits like hydrating and consuming raw fresh veggies while he hangs out at a higher vantage point to enjoy basking lights near the top and having a good view of his wormies below. I would recommend this or a similar ledge because it makes the most of the terrarium space for your pet’s mental and physical stimulation.

I didn’t realize this was painted foam when I ordered. It does make it nice and light weight for hanging.So far it’s been easy to clean. The suction cup has popped off easily once when I removed the base, but it’s never actual fallen. Gecko seems to like it and can grip onto the texture of the rocks when it’s eating.Removed one star for the material being unclear, but otherwise it’s a very good feeding ledge.

The dishes that come with this are plastic, cheap plastic at that. The rock itself is very lightweight and feels almost like a dense, rigid foam. Note that it will only stick to glass, so if you have anything else, you’re out of luck!

Nice size for a Gecko tank! Perfect for a gecko or other small reptile tank! We use one dish for water and the other for calcium powder – works well!

This looks really nice in our gecko tank. It’s actually a lot lighter than it looks and sticks on the side really well. It hasn’t moved since we put it in. It does take up a fair amount of space though so be prepared for that!
