Refunding issues
This was a good quality product ,and was delighted at the idea that our pets would have extra coverage in harsh weather.Unfortunately it was unsuitable size wise, not wide enough of long enough for full coverage.I find myself stuck with it. As returning the item was not straightforward as it is usually is. the company who sells this product should consider alternative refund options.

It’s okay, but I was expecting better for the price
It’s okay, but for the price it could be better, it’s not a great fit and would be better if the clear panel had a zip to close it instead of velcro strips as its not very secure

Works perfect.
This was bought for my daughter, she loves it, that is good enough for me. I fitted it to the hutch, good fit, pretty sturdy considering what it is made from, but, it does fit snuggly, more importantly, it keeps the rain and the wind out without hindering access for feeding and cleaning.
