    Bombproof
It is solid, heavy and hard. I have a medium-sized dog and he has a hard time holding it in his mouth. Since it weighs so much and its rope is so long, you can throw it very far. He brings it by the rope, it is difficult for him to bring it in his mouth. My dog is a boxer breed.

    Great balls, forget the rope
These balls are the best! My dogs are heavy chewers so we can’t play with tennis balls as they tend to only last for a few seconds.yes, the rope on these balls comes off very quickly, but I tend to cut it off myself as we just want the ball itself. They do float, but aren’t massivley boyant so would probably struggle in turbulant water. My dog often drops them into the reservoir where we walk and we haven’t lost one to the water yet. They fit in tennis ball wangers, but are quite heavy and my cheap wanger couldn’t handle being thrown very hard – so be carfeul!I have purchased a number of these over the years and they are very hard wearing and durable. our staffie managed to split the first one she had, from constantly bitting on it – but it still works and floats, it just doesnt bounce very well nowwould reccomend

    Pup’s favourite
Bought this as a replacement toy as our pup managed to lose hers. My mistake though, but this is a solid rubber ball, rather than the lighter weight hollow one. Comes a bit keen against the shin bones! Pup loves it though, that’s the main thing

Good quality but too heavy for most dogs
This ball is the make and style I normally buy for my collies but this particular model would be better suited for a Gorilla to play with. Very heavy and larger than normal tennis balls (probably my fault for not checking diameter before ordering) and would knock my dog’s teeth out if it tried catching it. Very sturdy and would probably stand chewing and rough play from a Great Dane or Bull Mastiff but totally unsuitable for smaller dogs. Quality and price is very good, which is why I normally buy this companies products. After spending ages searching Amazon for the product I wanted, I thought I had found it!!! Back to searching.

These Ball are everything for my dog.
Got three for my German shepherd. They are indestructible. Using as reward for him as a working dog. Now retired he takes them everywhere and can carry two in his mouth due to the ropes.Cannot recommend this product enough. A*! Rope also enable further throws. After 6months of daily use the rope on one has come out (tug of war) but the ball is still solid – 10/10.

    Floats like a concrete slipper!
Yesterday whilst walking my labrador, she ditched her tennis ball because she’d found one of these on the bank of the river. What a good idea I thought and immediately found it on here and ordered it. I’m a prime customer but paid an extra £4.49 to have it delivered before 1pm so I’d have it ready for walking the dog today. It arrived at 9:30am, great service by Amazon, but when I opened it, it was like picking up a miniature medicine ball! It weighed a ton. You don’t need to be a genius to deduce that a brick would float better than this. I could envisage one of three scenarios.1. Throwing the ball by the rope (as per design) only for the dog to attempt to catch it and lose all its teeth and likely both upper and lower jaws in the process;2. Throwing the ball in the river for to unsurprisingly never to surface again, so throw your £6.99 straight into the river instead. At least you might get to make a wish and if use a paper fiver, the odds of your dog retrieving it are much higher (test wind conditions first) ; and3. If you were to just to throw the ball along the riverbank or even in a field away from water and there happened to be someone out for an afternoon stroll walking nearby…now I’m no Jodie Williams, so my aim may be a little off… cue the sirens as the ambulance service race to rescue the now unconscious and faceless, no longer strolling person. There are only two uses I can think of for this ‘floating dog toy’ unless you happen to live near the dead Sea.1. Attaching one to each foot of a dead body would ensure that said body would never resurface again. To be clear, I have not and have no intention of testing this theory); and2. If walking your dog in winter or later at night when it’s dark, no potential attacker is ever going to come out of a conflict with you with the upper hand. Great for female walkers and perfectly legal!Amazon were amazing and have already refunded my money and its not even midday. Not only that but I don’t have to return it. I think that alone speaks volumes!!!

  7. Nefer

    Perfect
I have a rescue who is an aggressive chewer, he makes short work of most toys but he’s definitely met his match lol 😆 much to his disgust.Very heavy, so I took the rope off so he didn’t try ragging it and getting smacked by it

The ball is excellent. Pity cannot choose colours.
My Rottie / German Shepherd cross chewed the rope off pretty quickly, so I pulled the remains of the rope out leaving only the ball. And what a perfect dog ball it is! It is the size of a tennis ball so fits the whanger nicely and is the right size to chase and carry. It bounces well, and is hollow with two holes in, so it whistles when thrown hard and I can put a fingerful of marmite or bovril up inside to improve the taste and smell. It is indestructable (she bursts a tennis ball, even a good one, with just a couple of effortless chews). The holes are on opposite sides of the ball so her tongue does not get pulled in.The green or red ones do not stand out for her very well, and she searches for those primarily by smell. Orange, Yellow, Blue, Pink are all good. A most excellent dog ball, for all throw / catch games.

  9. Cliente Amazon
