This would be a good size for hamsters. My rats donât care for it as thereâs not a lot of room. The middle portion is separate from the saucer wings so I had to cut the fabric out of the middle to join them and give more room.. still hasnât been used much. Although itâs cute

After getting the hammock our rats were a little hesitant because of the inside. However, after a little investigation and testing ALL FOUR decided it was perfect. Walked in a bit ago to one in the middle part of the UFO and the other three in the “ring”. All four are chunky adult rats, meaning the medium is a perfect size for them. With all the entrances and exits as well, there is no crawling over each other and squeaking to get in a cozy place and they can each leave when they choose. Will be buying again when they inevitably love it a little too much. 🙂
